Chief of Party/SME Specialist

Private Sector Development Projects (Worldwide) 

Sibley International Corporation, a leader in international economic development projects, is now recruiting candidates for Chief of Party on various Private Sector Development assignments in Namibia, Ukraine, and Croatia.  Ideal profile includes:

• 10-15 years business management expertise, with SME emphasis and knowledge of Enterprise Restructuring, Association Development, Regulatory Reform, Business Support Organizations, and Capital Markets in transitional economies/markets. 
• Former Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, and (Southern) Africa experience highly desirable. 
• Team player with proven success in project management, particularly large, donor-funded projects. Awareness of USAID and/or World Bank terms and provisions. 
• Ability to exhibit strategic leadership and strong visionary sense to manage, direct, and develop the coordination of technical assistance to multiple sites nationwide. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills with capacity to build strong relationships with staff, consultants, partners, and counterparts at all levels.
