Requires : National Director for India

An International non-profit, non-secretarian, child development organization is seeking to fill the position of National Director of its operations in India.

Based in Bangalore, the position manages and administers the organization's incountry operation and oversees the delivery of its programs to the children and communities in India. The position also acts as the agencies' in-country representative.

The position responsibilities require understanding of a broad number of organizational disciplines to include finance, human resources information systems, customer / sponsor service, and marketing.

Viable candidate should possess preferably a post graduate university degree, in business administration (MBA) or in human development, or related field, with extensive organizational / administrative management experience and exposure.

Strong management / administrative, analytical, assessment, planning and implementation skills required.

Knowledge of information systems beneficial.

The position requires travel to various parts of India where the various community programs are located.

In addition, candidates must also be able to communicate fluently in English, both orally and written form.

Remuneration will be based on qualifications and experience.
