CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHO THIS IS?...PICTURE BELOW...Solved!! This is Thomas C Payne 1859-1952..Father of Ida, they called him "Grandpa Tom"...The other picture of the Thomas C Payne turns out to be, I think, a nephew of THIS Tom instead of Ida's father which we first thought he was.
