Hello, we are Dieter Doneit and Michaela Hartmann. We live on the Island Sylt way up in the North of Germany. Sylt is like a large sand dune, thrown in to the water before one hits mainland, on which the richest of the rich build there Palaces. With beautiful sand dunes, with never ending Sandlandscapes, which have all been planted with sandy grasses. The walker has unlimited access to the beautiful lonelyness this Island offers. After a nice long walk, why not go shopping, the Friedrichstraase has one store next to the other, go to a Bistro or Bar. One must not forget that in the summer about half a million tourists flow onto the Island to enjoy what it has to offer. If you visit Germany, a visit to Sylt is in order, you have to see landscape, the over 40 km long beaches, the beautiful clear waters of the North See, the lonelyness of the beautiful sand landscapes and just the sound of the waves hitting the coasts or the wind whistling threw the City of Westerland.
