To make the frame shown
above you will need Paintshop Pro, my gold gradient tile and a
ding of your choice. I made this tile because Gregs Pool Shadow does
not save presets and I hate having to write down the settings in order
to use them again. lol

Step 1
The first thing I did was to pick out an image and resized it to a
workable size.
Step 2
I set the foreground color to black and the background color to white.
I also set up the background color to texture and chose my gold
gradient tile. I then added a 3 pixel border making sure it was
gold. I used my magic wand and selected the white, flood fill
with the gold tile. OPTIONAL: Apply a cutout using complimenting
settings. Due to the image I chose being too dark I did not apply this
cutout to mine. Selected none.
Step 3
Then flipped the background and foreground colors I added another
border this time 1 pixel. Make sure it's black.
Step 4
I then repeated step 2, excluding the cutout. remember to flip the
background and foregrounds colors so that the border would be white
again.
Step 5
Now flip back again so that black is your background color. This time
add a 20 pixel border depending on how big the image is your using.
Now using your magic wand select the black border and add an inner
bevel with these settings,

Step 6
Now repeat steps 2-4. Deselect. At this point you may add your
favorite corner ding or leave it as it is.
