1 lb meat
2 Tblspoon cooking oil
1 can mushroom soup
1 pint Imo (sour cream substitute)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 cup slice mushrooms

Slice meat in bite size pieces, and saute in one tablespoon oil, turning until well browned.
Put onions into the pan while meat is browning, and allow the onion to brown.
Saute the mushroom slices in the second tablespoon of oil, stirring until well sauteed.
Mix together mushroom soup and IMO, and pour over the meat and onions. Mix together gently. Heat throughout.
Add mushrooms to the pan and stir. Heat thoroughly, but do not boil the mixture.
Serve over noodles or rice, and with a green salad or vegetable.
