The world evolves.  The landscapes change.  Great cities fall to the ground.  Grand towers are besieged and crumble at the strain of oncoming enemy forces.  You are no longer facing only the monsters of the wild and traps laid to deter your greed.  The devastation of war is all around you.  A civilization is being destroyed...but out of the ashes, a new one evolves.  History continues for the planet Oerth, it's landscape battered by war and the forces of evil.
