These customizations are not intended to remove credit from the
Sims game or in any way deface or blemish the great work of the
Maxis team. The game they have created is a customizer's dream.
They are simply an attempt to personalize the game to a greater
extent than just rudimentary skinning.
II. - CHANGING THE SIMS NEIGHBORHOOD BILLBOARD

I will be posting the instructions for creating custom
billboards shortly. For now, I will offer to create
custom billboards for individuals who contact me.

The contents of the attached archive are as follows:
CreditBtn.bmp - For English versions of the Sims.
CreditBtnDe.bmp - For German versions of the Sims.
CreditBtnEn.bmp - For U.K. versions of the Sims.
CreditBtnFr.bmp - For French versions of the Sims.
CreditBtnSp.bmp - For Spanish versions of the Sims.

IV. - INSTALLING A CUSTOM BILLBOARD
1. Create a folder (unless it already exists) in your
/The Sims/UIGraphics/ directory named "Nbhd"
2. Place the contents of this archive into the new folder,
"/The Sims/UIGraphics/Nbhd/"
3. That's it! Now start the game. When it gets to the
neighborhood screen (where you select the house to go to),
check out the billboard in the lower left portion on the screen.
I hope everyone has fun with this information. But please understand
this; changing or altering the default layout of any program can cause
unfavorable results. I am not responsible for any actions you choose
to take. If anything you do results in damage files or data loss, it
is your doing. The information presented in this document has been
tested by myself and shown to work without any noticeable negative
