April Morning

Tommy Lee Jones stars as a British colonist residing in Kentucky who becomes involved in the very beginning of the American Revolution. The historic facts are straight but the characters aren't. Parts of the script are missing logic and are cheesy. Forget the personal "human interest" subplot; the main aspect of this film to be acknowledged is this film gives viewers insight to the battle tactics of the American colonists during the Revolutionary War that many people knows little of. The acting, even by Jones, is less than adequate.
