The Chosen

A traditional Jewish kid, Danny, beans a modern Jewish kid, Reuven, in the head with a baseball. Eventually, they befriend each other despite some disapproval from Danny's father, a rabbi, because Reuven's father is a political activist pushing for some particular issues that Danny's father is against. This film proves to be a touching buddy flick that even provides some insight into the Jewish faith. Highly recommended; it's an excellent film! It's perfect for family viewing!
