Harlem Nights

An alleged comedy brings Richard Pryor and Eddie Murphy together as owners of a highly successful gambling joint with "jealous competition" (mafia bosses) breathing down their neck. It tries but produces zero laughs and very few sparks of enjoyment. Murphy is surprisingly bland considering he wrote, produced and directed this film. A disappointment that can be sent to the garbage disposal.
