Richard Dreyfuss gives a funny performance in this average comedy about a man who has always been down on his luck getting a tip on a horse at the tracks. So he goes there and bets $100 on it; maybe today's his lucky day! This film defies logic in more ways than one (I'm almost thinking that it's intentional, but I can't say for sure) and some of the supporting cast gives terrible performance, but a fine job from Richard Dreyfuss, Teri Garr, and Robbie Coltrane offers redemption.
