In this remarkably bad comedy, brothers Charlie Sheen and Emilio Estevez star as garbage men who discover a dead body in a trash can one day. Charlie Sheen doesn't want to turn this case over to the cops (because he shot the exact same guy in the rump the night before with a BB gun) so they go out and save the environment (it doesn't make sense in the movie either). A very dumb and hardly watchable comedy that gains its only sparks from Sheen's and Estevez's comedic performances.
