While this marginally-suspenseful thriller is not exactly Hitchcock worthy, it remains to be fine entertainment. Doris Day stars as a homemaker, residing in London, who is frightened one foggy day when she hears a male voice behind a statue that says that he will kill her. She runs to her husband (Rex Harrison), who merely thinks it is a silly prank. Then, she starts to receive death threats by telephone. Now she's really scared, and becomes utterly terrified. However, her husband and the police begin to think that Day is making all this up. Well . . . que sera sera. So, who is it that is on her tail, exactly? It's a fine film made with a well-to-do cast. Overall, it makes pretty good entertainment, but it's not anything particularly noteworthy.
