Mel Gibson stars as a family man of 1776 who doesn't support the American Revolution. However, when his eldest son joins the Rebel force and his second eldest is murdered by the Redcoats, Mel Gibson goes Mad Max making them regret they messed with this guy! It’s fictionalized but never fails being a thrilling war/adventure that certainly entertains. Recommended but sometimes is too shallow. The ending is very powerful.
