Summer Rental
John Candy, in his first starring role, plays a man who decides to bring his family on vacation that just ends up getting screwed. Yes, it's the regurgitated National Lampoon's Vacation formula unsuccessfully reworked for John Candy. The plot is unbelievable, the main characters are immature, the jokes aren't remotely funny, and it's extremely corny. Let Summer Rental remain in the dump.
