Outrageous comedy starring Cheech Marin and Tommy Chong, two buddies who run through this entire movie wondering where they're going to get more marijuana and preparing for their debut rock concert. The first 45 minutes or so are downright knee-slapping hilarious. The rest of the film is scattered with few good jokes. Even through the film's theme is about "weed," it does it in the most pleasant and inoffensive way that can be deemed possible. It's not for children, though.
