Uptown Saturday Night

A comedy that can be summed up as "okay" with an all black cast starring Sidney Poitier and Bill Cosby. They play buddies who are robbed in an underground casino. The next day, Poitier realizes that the lottery ticket in his stolen wallet won the jackpot! Now, Poitier and Cosby go about the streets looking for it. Surprise guest stars Flip Wilson and Richard Pryor are a treat. Most of the jokes aren't funny which reduces this film's appeal strictly to Poitier and Cosby fans.
