Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan, and director Nora Ephron follow up their remarkable success from "Sleepless in Seattle" and reunite in this entirely pleasant romantic comedy. This time, they meet via the internet ("You've got mail" is the trademark of AOL and this entire movie is a hardly-discreet marketing ploy) in a chatroom. They become very good virtual pals and decide to meet. However, unbeknownst to them, they both own two competing bookstores and, in real life, they hate each other's guts. It's a nice romantic comedy - in fact, given the stars' abilities, it's above average making this an almost-ideal date flick. Although don't be taken in with AOL. No matter how much Tom Hanks says he likes it, it'll still suck.
