WELCOME TO THE AMW SWIM TEAM HOME PAGE

The Aquamaids and Aquamen Swim Team practices at the College
of the Holy Cross's Hart Center pool.  
The team swims year round, competing in USS and Worcester 
County Swim Leagues.   

Coach Paul Parenteau has over 30yrs experience coaching. He founded
the Holy Cross Swim Team and coached them for many years.  He is 
now a voluntary coach for Holy Cross. He is a past president of 
the Worcester County Swim League and was very active in the Bay
State Games.  

We are a very small team that allows for individual coaching and 
lane space.  Our parents, though small in number, take an active
interest in our childrens' swimming and support the coach as much 
as possible.  

Coach believes that more yardage ultimately results in faster times.
Over the years, Coach has coached many successful swimmers who have 
gone on to college careers.
