Ani DiFranco

Ani was born on September 23rd, 1970 in Buffalo, New York. She began writing at the age of 15 and by the age of 19 had started her own indie label, Righteous Babe Records. She now has 10 albums, including a two disk live CD (which is amazing, BTW) She will be releasing a new album called Little Plastic Castle on February 17th. She writes all of the music on her albums.
