5-19-01= QUAHANA WILDLIFE AREA--native fishing--MEET & GREET TRIP--16 Brookies
5-21-01= NORTH FORK--(Richardsville)--11 Browns & Brooks
5-22-01= NORTH FORK--(Richardsville area)--14 Browns & Brooks
5-23-01= I was told that the Sigel Sportsman will stock the Clarion River with their annual "breeders" TODAY for Memorial Day Week-end
5-26-01= NORTH FORK--(Richardsville)--2 Brookies--half dozen small 3-4" Rock Bass
5-27-01= CLARION RIVER--2 Brook Trout--1 Smallmouth Bass-- fish were not biting and then the RAINS CAME.

JUNE

6-02-01=CLARION RIVER--I had a WONDERFUL day of fishing. I fished from 7-10:30am..Fish were not biting for awhile ..then I lost 2 Smallmouths that got off while trying to put too big of a fish into my little trout net.
Did land a 17" Sucker and 2 BROWN Trout.. One being my biggest Trout yet, a 21" Brown the other a nice 18" Brown.
Had 2 hits that bent pole BUT I was too busy rigging the other pole, so I did NOT get to set hook !
ALL in ALL a GREAT DAY !
6-04-01=CLARION RIVER--Met a young man from Kane (huntin'fool)..we went to the Clarion River. Fish would not co-operate. He finally landed a 17 inch Brown Trout..This made MY day . I was packing to leave when he hooked it. I was so glad he did NOT get SKUNKED after driving from Kane to fish with me.
6-10-01= Well my fishing is going to be put on HOLD....I started work on our new addition...I hope to have it all completed by the end of the July 4th week and get back to some FISHING !

JULY

7-08-01=CLARION RIVER--well work on addition is done and it's back to fishing for Dr. Trout.....Fished from 10:00am-12:00pm-- Landed 2 Smalllmouths..at least even though I was absent the Bass were NOT !
7-09-01=NORTH FORK--(Richardsville)--2 Brookies

SEPTEMBER

9-02-01=CLARION RIVER--Took my MOM fishing this morning at Belltown.She caught 7 "chubs"--a rock bass--and a catfish. Also lost a nice smallmouth.
9-05-01=CLARION RIVER--I went fishing this afternoon and caught 2 smallmouths on a " river rig".
