This is my homepage design award section. While browsing through homepage communities, I've noticed some sites that really set themselves apart from the general population aesthetically. It's such a nice change to see that some people actually put time and effort into creating a meaningful homepage. My award is directed toward personal webpages and small business webpages only. C R I T E R I A

   - must be legal to all viewers
   - must be created by site owner or staff (no 3rd party designers)
   - site should be fully completed for fair evaluation
   - site should contain original graphics
   - unsightly banners to a minimum
   - compatability with Internet Explorer

If you don't think your website fulfills one or more of these requirements, please review your site again before submitting. However, as a final note, meeting these requirements does not guarantee an award!
