GUIDE LINES FOR THE AUTHORS
- Articles are accepted only for exclusive publication in the "Medical Journal of Teaching Hospitals and Institutes" and should not have been published before. Published articles and their illustrations become the property of the Journal. A letter of transmittal is signed.
- Organize your Manuscript as follows: Abstract, Introduction, Materials and Methods, Results, Discussion. Abstract consists of less than 200 words in length, stating the object of the investigations, the methods employed, the results and conclusions.
- Copy of the Manuscript: Which should be in English and should be typewritten on one side of the paper double spaced with wide margins, is sent to the editor accompanied by set of illustrations.
- Illustrations: Should be serially numbered and black and white glossy prints approximately 5x7, the name of the author and the top of the illustration should be lightly marked on the back in soft pencil. Colored photography considered if very essential. Captions (legends) should be typed on a separate sheet of paper attached to the main text.
- Tables: If any should be titled, numbered and cited in the text in numerical order.
- Alphabetical List: Of numbered references to medical literature should be attached to the manuscript.
