By signing up, you are notifying us that you will be holding a candlelight
vigil in your home. Your candlelight vigil will take place on Thursday, September 29, 2005, start at 7:30 pm, and last for at least 15 minutes. You
must also tie a purple ribbon where it can be seen outside your home.
It is strongly recommended that you hang one on your front door (like a
Christmas wreath) for consistency in holding the vigils. Purple ribbons
can also be tied elsewhere outside if there you have other places available.

IT IS IMPORTANT THAT YOU INCLUDE ALL THE INFORMATION REQUESTED BELOW IN YOUR EMAIL.
Responses which are incomplete cannot be included in the International Press Release.
PLEASE BE SURE TO INCLUDE the words, "Home Vigil" in the subject line of your email, and state in your email message that YOU ARE SIGNING UP TO HOLD A HOME VIGIL.
Then, please copy the numbered list of items below and insert this list into your email response to ensure that your response includes all the information requested in items 1 through 6.
1. Your full name
2. The complete address where vigil will be held, including street address, city, state, and zip code
3. Your telephone number
4. Your email address
5. Identify the approximate number of persons you estimate will be participating in the vigil and generally who they are (i.e., immediate family, invitees such as other family, friends, neighbors, etc. You don't need to list their names.) If you live alone and will hold the vigil by yourself, specify this (this is fine). If other people should be contacted, please list their names and contact information.
NOTE: There is no required number of people necessary to hold a Home Vigil. If you do not yet know how many people will be participating, please do NOT send an email until you know. Your vigil cannot be counted without this information.
6. IMPORTANT: Indicate whether it is okay to release your information to the media. If you do not want media contact, your information will not be released to the media, but will counted as a household holding a "Home Vigil." Regardless of whether you desire media contact, unless you provide this information, your Home Vigil cannot be counted.
