2 Supermarket packs Cubed Steak OR
TENDERIZED round steak
2 C Flour
1 tsp ground black pepper
dash salt
Oil for frying

Cut steak into desired serving pieces.
Dredge in flour/pepper
"Press" flour into meat with fingers...(This
"helps the breading to stick to the meat")
Fry in Hot oil (Iron skillet or Fry Daddy)
til done and crispy brown.
This is great with a mashed potatoes and gravy
type dinner
OR on a Keiser bun with lettuce / tomato /
onion and mustard with chips and pickle on the
side
