1/2 pint whipping cream
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 1/2 Tablespoons of Horseradish ... or more!
Dash of Salt

Whip the whipping cream until it's quite stiff.
Blend in lemon juice, horseradish and salt.
Add more horseradish if you like it zippy!
This is a wonderful cold sauce to serve on corned beef or ham!
