     New updated page...sorry about the last update which only worked for a day...I've been experimenting with Front Page 98 and some of the extensionws are prettty touchy......Plus I have been very busey with college....I hope to update again within the next week.

     Added Gallery Two with 20 pictures...also added a new navigation bar that is located in the upper left hand corner, this makes life a whole lot easier...also if you have any pictures that you would like to donate to the site, I will trade a mpeg (I have about 90 of them), for anyone who sends me 5 or more female specific  martial arts pictures (only ones in good taste). Also please try to send me some orginal pictures....feel free to tell me what you think of the site......also note to get out of the full screen mode press ALT + F4 ...thanks and enjoy.....
