In this drama thriller, Steven Taylor (Michael Douglas) was a millionaire industrialist who wanted nothing more in life other than his beautiful wife, Emily Bradford Taylor (Gwyneth Paltrow). Along her job as a multi-lingual translator for the U.S. Ambassador, Emily met David Shaw (Viggo Mortensen), a talented artist from downtown. David provided Emily the hot passionate love that Steven lacked to give. Together, they started to have an pleasurable affair, at least, until Steven found out. Now, Emily became the target of the "perfect murder" that Steven was plotting. Is it just jealousy, or is it Emily's trust fund that Steven was really after?
