My weight loss journey started with a visit to the doctor's office in April 2004. I weighed the highest weight I'd ever weighed before. This site is no longer in use, but documents my journey using the weight watchers plan.

This site has been up for almost 3 years and I'm proud to say that even though I haven't met my official WW goal, I've maintained a very healthy weight! I've maintained my size 6 figure for more than a year now and I look forward to finally dropping the last few pounds to make GOAL and LIFETIME on WW :)
