These straightforward rules are similar to the Surface Action rules, but for naval battles of the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-05.  Included in the game components are:

• Rule, tables and ship data charts.

As with the other rule sets, the game is designed for use with 1/6000 scale ship miniatures.  Stay tuned for a post of the cards referred to in the rules -- these are not needed to play the game.
