Christine joined Fleetwood Mac in 1970, a band John was already in & moved to America in 1974 (during which, her marriage to John was shaky) Stevie Nicks, and Lindsey Buckingham joined Fleetwood Mac on New Years Eve, 1974.

After the split with John, she dated Beach Boy Dennis Wilson. In 1984, Christine did her Second solo effort, Christine McVie. Two large hits spawned from the record: "Got A Hold On Me", and "Love Will Show Us How."

A breif tour supported the record, in which she met Eddy Quintella. The two were married in 1986. In 1990, she announced the Behind the Mask tour would be her last one, for she needed to spend more time with her family, after the loss of her father.

In a recent AOL chat, Christine stated she "would work with Fleetwood Mac again." After the 1997 The Dance tour, Christine was exhausted. In 1998, Christine was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame with Fleetwood Mac.
