Sejenis rumput "cyperus" yang berbedza saiznya, dari setinggi 5 cm hingga 30 cm tinggi. Daunnya semua daripada batangnya yang berada pada permukaan tanah. Daunnya biasanya lebih pendik daripada tangkai bunganya. Bunganya dalam satu kelompok dengan tiga hingga lima dahan pendik.

A variable size cyperus from about 5 cm to as tall as 30 cm. Leaves are all from the base of the stem, usually shorter than the flower stalk. The flower bunch is in the form of three to five short branches.
