Chapter 6
"Mr. Woody!" Fluffy exclaimed. Alex and Ash laughed.
"Well, at the time it seemed like a good name." explained Molly blushing. "I mean some slayer name their stakes...even though I never really became one."
"Well, I think it's...charming." Fluffy said fighting off her giggles.
"We have learned so much while you've been here, Molly." Ash said with a wistful look. "So much about Farmer, and yourself..."
"And I've learned about grits." Alex chimed in.
"Well, I'm not one for cream and sugar in mine, but whatever floats your boat." Molly said laughing.
"Seriously, Molly." said Fluffy, "I'm glad Farmer had you come. In the end I think it's helped me see him in a new light."
"As long as you don't have to see him in his long-johns." said Molly. "But that will teach him not to hang his laundry next to the cow pasture." At that Farmer appeared.
"Time to go home, Molly." he announced. The group groaned with disapproval, but watched as she stood and gathered her suit case.
"Bye, ya'll" she said hugging each of them and exited the room with Farmer following after. They went to the window and watched as Farmer's van drove away.
"I only hope to become half the Watcher he is." Alex said smiling.
"Don't worry Alex," Ash said. "You already are."
