Tip 1: Wash your hair 1-2 times per week. If you exercise and sweat a lot, you may want to just rinse your hair in the shower instead of shampooing some of the time. When you do wash your hair, use a shampoo that is made specifically for dry hair. One with a low pH is also a good idea.
