The Friends of Evansburg State Park was established for the purpose of maintaining, protecting and improving environmental, historical, recreational and habitat awareness of Evansburg State Park.

Remember to wear blaze orange caps/clothing in the park during hunting season. For information on hunting seasons click here. We are in the Southeastern Special Regulation Area. The hunting seasons are also clearly posted on the Pa Game Commission Web Site. The MAIN hunting season in the park runs from Sept 1, to the end of Feb.
If you need to contact the DCNR Evansburg State Park Office and wound up here by mistake you may call the Park Office at 610-409-1150. Friends of Evansburg is an independent community group made up of regular people like you and is not affiliated with the Park Office.
