As our Dear member Angel Bug says;

I never thought it mattered when I joined webrings UNTIL I surfed an entire ring
of over a 100 people and ended up in their neighbors backyard,
rather than the garage! LOL
A lot of people will put the webring code on their webring page, which is fine but
make sure you submit that page and not your index page.
I check frequently, and will edit to fit the webring rule above. :0)
Not only that, but the webring checker will automatically put you in the queue
if the pages are different url's also.
The best thing to do is to put a link back to your main page
if you wish for people to start their. *IF, they want to. :o)

On the following codes, THE ONLY THING YOU NEED TO CHANGE IS THE RED TEXT. 
One more thing *g* DO NOT submit your site into the webring
if you plan on adding the code to your pages next week, or in 3 days etc....
Come back the day you plan on adding the fragment and then submit your site.
