Help Al Jardine & Beach Boys Family & Friends

The Beach Boys Setlist Archive Presents:

A chance to help Al Jardine win back the rights to the name "Beach Boys Family & Friends"

For those who are uninformed, Brother Records Inc., upon the request of Mike Love, has filed a suit against Alan Jardine, lifetime Beach Boy, for using the name "Beach Boys Family & Friends" for his touring band which is composed of various family members & friends, including sons Matt & Adam Jardine, and Carnie & Wendy Wilson. Brother Records cites that the use of the name is trademark infringement, and that the band does not represent the images of "sun, surf, cars, and girls", because they include several rarities in their setlists and boast two female lead singers. Meanwhile, Mike Love, the unofficial instigator of the lawsuit, tours lucratively as the only original Beach Boy in what he calls "The Beach Boys", the ultimate hypocrisy.

You can help Alan Jardine defend his right to use "Beach Boys Family & Friends" as his touring band's name. Following are instructions provided by Marine Jourdan that are intended to help Alan Jardine win the lawsuit:
