The Federation Nova class science ship commissioned on stardate 47007.1 was designed for
short-term planetary and scientific research missions, being unsuitable for deep space assignments could only be deplode for no
more then 2 years. The Nova class is one of a series of smaller Starfleet vessels that have planetary landing capability.
This sleek little science ship that tried to take on Voyager and the nueleogenic life forms in the cliff hanger 5th season finally
episode "Equinox" is a painstakingly Airbrushed and Hand painted beautiful extremely accurate museum quality model!!! As
you can see in the photos here the detail goes right down to the hull hatches and phaser warning strips with extremly detailed decaling! After careful review of
numerous photos and info from the episode I went to work and came out with this beauty!
In 1/1400 scale it is 6" (inches) long. This is a beautiful replica that will make an excellent addition to any Star Trek
Collection or Fan.
