Ribbon Cutting at the Philippine Centennial Commission's Visual Exhibit of Illustrations from the Centennial Edition of Jose Rizal's "Noli Me Tangere" and "El Filibusterismo."

To cut the ribbon was PCC Chairman Senator Blas Ople and Former Minister Cesar Virata.  Featured were a sampling of all the illustrations that appeared in the new centennial edition of Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo.  Check-out this feature in the Latest Show/Exhibit Section
