| March 20, 2000 If you wanna know what has been making me laugh all night, check out the latest Portal addition - TUPAC. Also be sure to check out Souped up Civic! All I have to say is that I'm very happy with some of the recent Portal submissions! Thanks, everyone! There is a new game that is all done and ready to go... This one is extremely funny, but I have no idea where to put it - it doesn't fit into any of the current categories! I might make it a Grounds Gold exclusive. It really kicks ass, so I can't wait to post it! Updates are slow right now because these are my last few days with Taryn - soon she will be off in Israel for the next 6 months. I have managed to get something new going, however. It is still early, but it works fine, so you are welcome to start using them - NG Cards! They aren't your typical ecards! As I add more cards, I will split it into categories - regular NG fan cards (with NG characters), and "sympathy cards for a doomed society", which will be cards that fit modern day situations (you'll see what I mean when you look at the cards currently available). Check it out! I'm sure you've noticed that there's been a major overhaul of the frontpage! That isn't the only thing that changed, however. I went through and restructured the "subculture" section. I also removed the old "biz" section. The frontpage now gives relatively clear links to all the main content on the site. Check out the Cat of the Week, along with new Portal movies! The biggest addition, of course, is the new "byte sized" cartoons on the frontpage. Hope you like 'em! Assassin has launched "API" - the Assassin Pokemon Initiative. The goal of this project is to have Assassin missions for EVERY SINGLE Pokemon character. When we say, "Gotta Kill 'em All!", we want to mean it. Check it out, and submit your own missions! |

| February 28, 2000 Check it out! You can now perform brain surgeory on Madonna, at Assassin! The new shooter demo now has two levels - the second level oozes with parallax! Check it out! The CHATROOM is back online! There is a new FDA available at mp3.com - go there and listen to the Snaford 2000 remix! FDA shirts are gonna be here soon!!! Check it out! MERVERNATOR made a song using the Pico intro loop (my voice)! Listen to Pichno! Plenty of great new Portal entries are being posted! Scrotum 4 is now online, as is Reading Rainbow 3! I remixed Pico vs. Bear in an attempt to appease the black-hearts at the Jim Henson Company (the man dies - the lawyers live on). It was down for a few days, but now it's back... With a new look! I am playing around with a new game. If you're bored, check out this shooter demo! There will be a new version posted soon - level 2 is coming along well! It's here!!! Go watch TAINT OF LOVE, the all new, unbelievable FDA video! If you don't watch this thing at least 4 times in a row, then you won't catch it all! Check it out! I managed to get some Portal and Cat Dynamics updates up in the past week, but I'll admit I've been pretty quiet. It's been a mess here in Philly. Tough month. Check out the new Portal movies! There are some really good new ones... Reading Rainbow 3 and Postal 2 (demo) are both on-line, as are a handful of tasty new ones! The day has finally come! I have done a piece about Tromadance (with pics) for NG Lit. I had computer problems, and got a new HD which died Friday night. That's right. It completely, totally, physically went kaput after running for like 2 weeks. Most my data was safe, but I did lose my email from the past 2 weeks. I had read most of it, except for the email from Friday (2/4) from around 2pm until 1am or so... So if you sent me anything, might want to try again. On the plus side, the FDA crew and I managed to plug away at something all week... A new FDA video! It's about 95% done definitely the craziest, sickest, and most well-illustrated FDA yet! With a whole new cast of characters for your anal-pumpin' pleasure! Watch for it soon! |

| January 28, 2000 I just got back from Utah, where I was at Tromadance (along with Sundance and all those other dances). It was a great week! My eyes hurt and I'm tired, so I'll put up some more about it later... I took tons of pics, so watch for them soon! Check out the cat of the week! New entries continue to be added to the Portal, so check it out! The first Grounds Gold secret has finally been revealed - if you have over 200 gold, you can leave a message that will be viewed by everyone! Scroll down and see what the last user had to say... You can use this to promote your website, bust a friends ass, whatever! While I was in LA a few months ago, I met the guys from FunnyMail - check out their site and sign up! It's about a month late, but still great! Check out the Christmas FDA, and listen to the mp3 at mp3.com to help FDA beat Tom Green for the #1 comedy song! Try the NG Chatroom! Thanks got to TPM, who set this up... Scrotum the Puppy kicks ass. There are now 3 cartoons in the series! If you love newgrounds, you will definitely love airtoons.com. If only this could be part of newgrounds!!! It isn't the update you've been waiting for, but I made some little changes to Samurai Asshole. Now, when you die, a game over screen comes up and you can choose to play again. Also, you can toggle the graphics quality with the 'q' key (low-quality is much faster!), and the jumping attack is a tiny bit stronger! You know you can't get enough Pokemon - go kill Jigglypuff in his new Assassin mission! The late Christmas FDA is almost ready! The song is already in the top 10 on MP3.COM's comedy charts - can you help make it #1, usurping Tom Green's "Bum" song??? You can hear the song by going to FDA and clicking on Tyrone's gold medallion for the top-secret FDA MP3 page!!! Or just go to mp3.com/fda!
