Ranking is determined by three factors. The first factor is the number of games won. In the case of a tie, the player with the fewer games played gets the higher ranking. In case both these scores are tied, the tie is broken by adding the raw ranking of the oponents won against; the player who won against a higher total ranking of opponents gets the higher ranking. Tie breaking is indicated by a + sign.
