Residential Perspectives in Color are Digital Composite images
in which a color rendering of the proposed building is merged with a color photograph. The resulting image is scanned at a
high resolution and saved to a CD. The digital image and a print are presented to the client. This type of rendering
is suitable for Custom Builders and large homes.

RESIDENTIAL COLORWASH - For smaller homes and Volume Builders
A Residential Colorwash is a less expensive alternative to a Full-Color.
A print is made of the ink sketch, the print is drymounted to board and the drawing is then finished using markers and colored
pencils. The resulting color image is scanned at a high resolution and saved to a CD. Both the digital
image and the original colorwash are presented to the client. (This is not the same as BW Pen and Ink)
