BLACK AND WHITE

Architectural Illustrations in Pencil are Digital Composite Images in which a detailed rendering of the proposed building is merged with a BW photograph. The resulting image is saved at a high resolution to a CD and both the digital image and the original drawing are presented to the client.

This type of rendering can apply to either Residential or Commercial projects.

A pencil drawing of an existing building can also be done and this will be an exact copy of the photograph.

Residential Portraiture in Pencil - $140 to $200 each

Architectural Rendering in Pen and Ink

Architectural Illustrations in Pen and Ink are Digital Composite Images in which a detailed drawing of the proposed building is rendered in inkline and is merged with an altered BW photograph. The resulting image is saved at a high resolution to a CD and both the digital image and the original drawing are presented to the client.

This type of rendering can apply to either Residential or Commerical projects.

Commercial Perspectives in Color

Commercial Perspectives in Color are Digital Composite Images in which a color rendering of the proposed building is merged with a color photograph. The resulting image is scanned at a high resolution and saved to a CD. Both the digital image and the original drawing are presented to the client.

Commercial Perspective in Color - $350 to $450 each

Residential Perspectives in Color

Residential Perspectives in Color are Digital Composite images in which a color rendering of the proposed building is merged with a color photograph. The resulting image is scanned at a high resolution and saved to a CD. Both the digital image and the original drawing are presented to the client. This type of rendering is suitable for Custom Builders and large homes.

Residential Perspectives in Color (For Custom Homes) - $250 to $350 each

RESIDENTIAL COLORWASH - For smaller homes and Volume Builders

A Residential Colorwash is a less expensive alternative to a Full-Color. A print is made of the ink sketch, the print is drymounted to board and the drawing is then finished using markers and colored pencils. The resulting color image is scanned at a high resolution and saved to a CD. Both the digital image and the original colorwash are presented to the client. (This is not the same as BW Pen and Ink)

Residential Perspectives in Color (Colorwash for Volume Builders) - $175 to $190

PRICE RANGE - *The price range is dependent on the Square Footage (Living Space) of the plan. For residences the sizes are small (Less than 1800 SF), medium (1800 SF to 2800 SF) and large (2800 SF to 5000 SF). Homes over 5000 SF are priced accordingly. For Commercial projects, the price range is dependent on the size and complexity of the building.

Delivery, additional prints and additional labor and materials (due to changes in design) are extra and are billable at a rate of $20/hr.

All of these prices reflect the total price and includes both labor and materials. Included are a digitized copy of the final rendering on CD and the original rendering.
