Gene's Pity Party 2000

Tuesday Night...

Poor, pitiful Gene! Reading emails about everyone's Convention plans and consoling herself with booze and food! She perches on her secret swap package to keep the other girls away from it! I asked her why she had on hiking boots and she tearfully told me that she spilled a beer on the floor and didn't want to get her feet wet! The suggestion that she could just clean it up was met with a cold stare and more tears!!

Wednesday Morning...

This is sad!!! I found her passed out on her swap box sleeping in her own mess!! Langley (the dog) at least managed to get a pastry that she didn't scarf down the night before! I think I'll just let her sleep it off!

Wednesday Afternoon...

Roxanne (a party girl with a heart of gold) shows up with some Tea and Sympathy! Looks like a rough night for our girl, but at least I got her dressed. She now has two packages to guard because her "Goody Bag" arrived in today's mail.

Thursday morning...

Tyler and Roxanne decide that Gene needs a shopping trip to lift her spirits! She's doing much better today, but still won't part with the shades. They decide to shop for matching PJ's for tomorrow night.
