7:30 to 8:30 and 8:30 to 9:30pm

The I.C.H.F. Curriculum:

does not include high kicks, therefore tremendous flexibility is NOT REQUIRED

obtains submission through body and pain control using exacting techniques, therefore great strength is NOT REQUIRED

is taught at the pace and capabilities of each individual, therefore being "in shape" to start is NOT REQUIRED

(bring your own martial arts uniform or some sweats)
