It all started on October 13th, 1996 at the Japanese Animation Club of a major US university. Back on that day, Hayama was talking to his friends about the possibility of starting up a subtitling group to subtitle anime for the club. The only thing missing was translations, and at that moment, murasaki walked over and ask, "Do you need a translator? I can translate." And thus, Geofront was born.

Now, two and half years and 200 episodes later, Geofront is still going strong. Here are the people who made all this possible:
