This Web Site contains pictures taken on visits to South Africa in January 1998, January 2000, and October 2001 onwards. Included are pictures of Cape Town, The Cape Peninsula and areas North and East of Cape Town,  The Garden Route and Oudtshoorn, The Kruger National Park, and other places I visited on various trips. This website is an ongoing photo album consisting entirely of holiday snapshots. It is not intended to be a guide to South Africa. If you are planning to visit, I encourage you to read the travel advisory provided by the US State Department on the News and Links page.
