Babidi is the short, little wizard that released Majin Buu onto the earth. His father Bibidi is the one who created Buu.
Babidi uses his mind-controlling powers to control some very awesome fighters that help his reach his goal, releasing Buu.
He takes control of Vegeta's mind, making him Majin Vegeta. Majin Vegeta fights and injures Goku just enough to gather the
energy needed for Buu's reserection. Babidi controls the monster Buu somewhat for a while. Babidi and Buu cause havoc on the
earth until Goku convinces Majin Buu that he doesn't need Babidi anymore. That's when Babidi's life is ended by Majin Buu.
