He is a man who needs no introductions. His name is...Hercule!!! (or some know him as Mr. Satan) Think about this: He
is the only full blooded human to not die in the series. Now that's almost reason enough, but no. It doesn't stop there.
Everyone in the world thinks he saved the world...twice. Hercule is like the most famous person in the world. He must also
be rich beyond belief. He's so famous, and he is able to just give out millions of Zeni. (well, he's able to pay millions
of Zini to Android 18) Let's recap: Never dies in series, famous, everyone thinks he saved the world twice, and he's rich.
He definatley deserves the award.
